Danielle Light:
Danielle is our newest team member. She lives on 5 acres just outside of Monroe with her husband of 14 years and her 12 year old daughter. She has Sadie, a horse, and Quila, a rescue chihuahua. Danielle previously worked in the Bio Tech industry before taking time off to be a stay at home mom.
Danielle has always had a love for dogs and is enjoying the opportunity to interact with many new dog breeds. She supervises daily operations, and is responsible for close interaction between the office and kennel staff, of which we are quite proud! When Danielle is not busy in the office, you can find her in the kennel providing extra TLC to every animal that stays at Myownly. She is involved in the overall coordination of Team Myownly. If you have any questions or special requests, Danielle can help you.

Ashley E: Ashley is the queen of play time for both the young dogs and the geriatric crowd. She finds the perfect match of pets to enjoy their deluxe boarding sessions. We appreciate Ashley's natural ability to find each dog's or cat's "inner child" in order to bring them out of their shells. She has wonderful dog handling skills and her gently, patient nature makes her a natural to care for your special pet while here at Myownly. Ashley is also capable in the grooming room and the office, so you will be seeing more of her bright smile and helpful nature.
Ashley completed a AA in business with the idea of later completing her BA in equine science so that she could become a horse trainer. She has taken a break from school and is considering writing as well. Ashley has been a member of 4H, showing dogs and horses throughout her school years. She is married to her child-hood sweetheart and lives happily just out of Monroe on a farm that she shares with
Spider Cat (former office greeter), a newly rescued ShepardX named Max, and horses Solaris and Dolce.

Beth N:
Beth is involved with the daily care and exercising of all of our boarders. She has pet sitting experience and is quite passionate about caring for both cats and dogs. Beth does
a fine job of handling all sizes of dogs and brings a really positive attitude to our team.
Beth has successfully trained her Ausie mix who has fear issues, and presently is training her young Bernese Mt. Dog for both obedience and conformation. She is interested in special needs dogs and learning the art of grooming.

Kyndra P: Kyndra has gone to WSU for her first year at college, considering child studies or teaching degree. She enjoys dancing and competitive cheerleading and it is these disciplined activities that makes her work ethic at Myownly shine. She has cared for her own family pets and it is her love of animals that has made her a wonderful caregiver to Myownly’s petguests. You may see more of Kyndra's happy face over the holidays when she is home from college.

Marta P: Marta experienced a sudden career change due to a family member's accident. She is now trained in Reflexology and is a Jaffra representative. You may see her during the holidays, we miss her and wish her luck!

Joel Chriscaden, Maintenance Extraordinaire: Joel has been the backbone of the business in building, remodeling and maintaining the grounds. He recently retired from 35 years in commercial construction and is making wood baseball bats in his shop. His hobby has put him in contact with many local baseball organizations of all levels and he makes gorgeous wood bats one at a time for all age players.

Cathi Tower-Chriscaden, Manager:
Cathi has been Myownly’s business manager, owner, and groomer since 1989. She has 45 years experience in animal husbandry, which has contributed to herabilities at recognizing the special needs of companion pets. Before moving to Monroe, she worked for 20+ years in Lynnwood as a licensed Animal Health Technician.
Cathi has owned, groomed, shown, and trained (in Schutzhund, obedience, and agility) Giant Schnauzers for 35 years, Miniature Wirehaired Dachshunds and Bullmastiffs for 15 years, and recently entered the Dandie Dinmont Terrier world. All of her dogs are family pets first and show dogs second. Her family pets board next to yours if she vacations, so all house guests get the same excellent care.

| Andy Chriscaden, retired from Myownly: Andy was born several months after his parents acquired the kennel business. Andy’s home life revolved around the home business since his birth and he has helped with every part of building and remodeling the kennels since he was able to walk! Andy received his AA in General Studies from Skagit Community College in 2010, where he played baseball for the Skagit Cardinals. He is completing his 2nd. year at Kennesaw University (Atlanta, GA) on a baseball scholarship. He is benefiting from the rigors of higher education, cross training, and practicing independent life skills. He hopes to be drafted into pro baseball, otherwise Andy intends to pursue a career in Athletic Training or Sports Medicine.
When he is home on vacation, he still helps around the kennel grounds, enjoys caring for the cats best, and assists his dad with wood bat designs.... We all wish Andy the best in pursing his dreams!!
