Our Ongoing Charity Drive

Myownly Boarding kennel is a collection spot for the following organizations. We are enthusiastic about our results and welcome any donations.

Pawsabilities Dog 4-H Club and Myownly Boarding Kennel fund raiser

Pawsabilities and Myownly gathered together to organize a large yard sale. They sold about $1000 worth of recycled junior dog handler's clothing, kennel crates and supplies, leashes and collars, and estate sale items. Their leader, Dawn Gregory, donated time and items, organized and guided the youngsters so that they were able to make enough money to pay their annual insurance premium, donate cash to Sky Valley Food Bank, and collect many leftover but very useable items for donation to Rescue Pup in Mill Creek. Myownly Boarding Kennel owner, Cathi Tower-Chriscaden, sponsored the event, contributed many sellable items, and matched the amount of money given to the food bank. The boarding kennel staff acts as a collection spot for gently used baseball equipment for the Boys and Girls Club in the Spring, and a drop off spot for the winter holidays for Homefront, Sky Valley Food Bank, Monroe Seniors, and the Matthew House.
