We offer convenient extended hours for weekly drop off and pick up Monday - Friday at Myownly Boarding Kennel. We have morning hours on Saturday and Sunday. Due to the nature of our cat and dog boarding business and the unpredictability of today’s life and travel plans, we offer our customers 2 options:
1st choice is a 2 hour window in the morning (9:00 am – 11:00 am) and again in the afternoon (3:00 pm – 5:00 pm) for dropping off or picking up your boarding dog or cat. These are our regular office hours and if you choose this option you can arrive at anytime within those 2 hours. Please state A.M. or P.M. when making your boarding reservation. We charge a full day's board whether your boarding pet is brought in the morning or afternoon.
2nd choice is to make a Reservation for a “Specific Time” that occurs outside of our regular office hours but is still between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm. (Example - your flight leaves at 3:00pm so you need to drop off at 12:30pm on your way to the airport.) Please understand that this option does not provide a ‘window’, as we are interrupting animal care duties to assist you, and may not be able to wait in the office waiting for you and your pet to arrive.
If your reservation time is missed after 15 minutes, then you will be charged a special ‘Out of Office Hours’ fee of $30.00. If you do not wish to pay this fee please use our regular office hours. We are sorry to implement such a strict policy but the care of our pet guests takes precedence. We are a mid-sized kennel with many special needs dogs and cats, and all of the staff at Myownly spend a lot of time actively interacting with the pets.
We will make every attempt to accommodate the "hiccups" that seem to be more common in this economy and pace of life; however we reserve the right to limit the number of “Specific Time” Reservations if it interferes with our pet guests' care.
